John Mantle’s amazing results using CritterKleen©

We’re constantly surprised by the stories we receive from our customers / pet owners who decide to use CritterKleen© not only for their animals, but also for themselves. One of these amazing stories just came in from surfboard builder John Mantle.

John Mantle is one of the big legends of the surfing culture. He’s been shaping boards since the 1960’s and he is still passionate about it today. His main focus lies in building traditional and contemporary surfboards as well as finless wooden surfboards using recycled timbers. He has travelled the world in search for the best waves, from Australia to Hawaii and California and he’s now settled in Byron Bay, NSW.

Spending his whole life out in the sun, this lifestyle took a toll on his skin in the recent years when he developed carcinomas on his nose and forearm. This is his story:

Fighting skin cancer

‘I developed this squamous cell carcinoma late last year on my left inner forearm. Previous to this, I had treated a different carcinoma that covered almost the entire left hand side of my nose. This was a long term process (maybe 2 years). I did have some experience dealing with skin maladies. I have had 6 surgical procedures, 5 skin grafts and extensive skin damage. I have dealt with melanoma, squamous and basal cell carcinomas successfully. I am a surfer, surfboard builder and carpenter. I have been in the sun all of my life..

For personal reasons, I decided not to have a medical / surgical approach on my nose. I used a number of internal and external treatments, learning the various results as I proceeded. After some time, about 18 months, I started using CritterKleen© and CritterKream© on and around my nose. I was encouraged by the results. Within a few months of using the products, I also started washing the area with a new unrelated product. Within weeks, the affected area started to diminish. Within 2 months, it healed completely.

Almost immediately, a squamous tumour appeared on my left arm and spread at an alarming rate. I immediately started the process that healed my nose. I consider CritterKleen© and CritterKream© a significant part of the elimination of the tumour and excellent products for maintaining healthy skin. I used a few drops of CritterKleen© onto my arm twice daily.’ - John Mantle

‘I know you probably don’t want to… but if you look closely at the first photo, you will see a number of different colours: yellow, pink and red. The first time, I applied a few drops of CritterKleen© on the growth, then covered it. When I took the dressing off the next morning, the yellow areas had softened and some simply broke away. You can’t imagine how that made me feel! I continued with the drops. My dressing consisted of CritterKleen© drops, Manuka honey and a foam (synthetic) pad. Every time I changed the dressing, the foam had significant dark residue on it. The size of the tumour diminished within a couple of weeks and it was gone in two months.
